How this file was made
A white sheet, a black bar, colored drips. Graphic poster. Filed with black-and-white because the ground and the bar are the structure; color is extra. We did not clean the drips off to make a “purer” monochrome.
Color pairing
Lock screen or a tablet. Home screen: navy, tan, or mint — a field. Two posters (this plus gold-dot navy) is too much. Cream home screen keeps the paper idea without repeating the white OLED field.
Where it works
When you want the phone to look like a print. Bad year-long OLED home screen. Clock on the open paper. If the bar sits under the clock, you slid it wrong.
Size and crop
1448 × 2896, heavy JPEG. The bar needs the full file or it jaggy. Desktop: a wide paper band with one drip is a stronger monitor than the whole poster squeezed.
